Designed by Vince Nowell, it was released in 1999 & retired in 2001, the outfit is inspired by the fashion of the mid-1950s. The outfit has never been removed from box. The bag that holds the COA & story card has been opened. The hose. jewelry, clutch & shoes are still sealed in plastic bags.
